This is a 1998 "THE SPIRIT" poster, which is the golden age pulp detective and comic strip hero created by Will Eisner. This poster's artwork comes from the cover of "The Spirit The New Adventures" issue 1 comic book that was published by Kitchen Sink Press in 1998. The Spirit is a masked vigilante created in 1940 and was formerly known as police detective Denny Colt until he was presumed murdered. This poster measures about 32 by 18 inches, and features art by DAVE GIBBONS (the artist from DC Comic's "The Watchmen" mini series).
