been using this for awhile, not sure if I'm getting any benefit. Doesn't seem to be helping my cough.

Considering the polluted state of outdoor air, I consider it important to detox my lungs from as much of those contaminants as possible, and I’ll only do so with delightful, natural ingredients such as the ones found in this particular tincture, all of which I feel comfortable ingesting. Additionally, this tincture is non-GMO, which I consider extremely important, especially for a detoxification product.Another incredibly important factor to me is bottling, and this tincture has perfect bottling, in my opining. Besides the bottle being dark in color, which helps to prevent light-induced damage to the liquid, it is made of glass, an ideal material unlike something like plastic, which I consider to be an irredeemable contaminant. On top of that, the dropper tube is glass a well, so that doesn’t risk contaminating the product either.The recommended dosage of these drops is one dropperfull administered 3 times daily. I’m never willing to take any supplement so often, so I’ll have to settle for receiving a lower dosage with my once-per-day administration. Thankfully, I really love the flavor of these drops! It’s very sweet, tasting a lot like maple syrup, which is common to such tinctures, but it has an underlying herbal flavor that reminds me of some of my favorite herbal teas. It’s so pleasant! If you’re not the type to enjoy such herbal flavors, then you can always dilute it in water or juice as recommended in the use instructions.
