Gluten-free recipes a Godsend!
Daughter has multiple food allergies. I bought this for her as a gift. The information was knowledgeable and the recipes tasty! We need more gluten-free, dairy-free options as well as recipes without onions and garlic (also known allergies for many). Thanks for making this available!

Best First-Rate Baking Book You Never Heard Of
I have dozens upon dozens of bread books, collecting for decades. I wholeheartedly recommend this cookbook for anyone seeking to bake healthier without sacrificing flavor.“Super Loaves & Simple Treats” is a wonderful treat of the healthy kind. The book covers sourdough breads, even containing a gluten-free starter, cakes, cookies, bars and bites. After a cancer diagnosis, the author devoted herself to eating clean foods with great taste. This journey led to founding a bakery, Modern Bake. I found this to be a surprisingly well-rounded assortment of nutritious, delicious recipes with charming photography.Just a few recipes:Sweet Potato and Rosemary SourdoughGreen Tea, Lemon and Golden Raisin SourdoughSuperloaf with Chia and QuinoaGluten-Free Seeded SourdoughCarrot, Cumin and Gouda Loaf CakeChocolate Chip Sourdough CookiesAlmond Butter Protein BarsPlum, Chestnut, and Black Pepper CakeIf I had to point out an issue, I think it would have been easier for users if the instructions stated “add 2 teaspoons of active starter” rather than to ask readers to refer back to a page early in the book to determine the amount of starter to use. It’s a very minor gripe. You soon catch on that all the bread recipes requires the same 2 teaspoons of active starter and have no need to flip to the front of the book while in the middle of making a recipe. As far as too many stories??? Not sure why someone left that review. This book is filled with great recipes with only a paragraph of relevant text alongside that gives information on about ingredients and their purpose.I rarely write reviews, only doing so usually for stellar books that might otherwise be overlooked.

Some recipes have very apparent typos in quantaties
Too many stories, and not nearly enough actual recipes. This is simply a blog in a book. Even more so, there are some pretty apparent typos in many recipes. Tablespoons are listed as teaspoons etc.

Great sourdough ideas
Some ingredients may be hard to find and different than what you may of heard of in the states. But easy to follow instructions. Interesting recipes. Have not tried any recipes yet but love the sound of the the recipes.

Not good for me
Others might love this book, but it was more stories than recipes.
