Exceeded My Expectations
This Mara mug is absolutely beautiful and so well crafted. It is a hefty mug that holds 12oz perfectly and the handle is sized for holding this mug hand-warmer style, which I prefer. It would be a stunning gift, but this one is staying with me.

Better in My Hands
This mug is even better than the picture on the Amazon site. I have to say, the packaging was amazing. I ordered another mug previous to this one, but it was packaged so poorly, I had to return it for a refund. I love Mara mugs. The 16 oz size is perfect for my one and only cup of coffee per day. The heft of the mug is is also perfect.

These truly are the best mugs
I got one of these mugs from a tea shop in Asheville, NC. I absolutely cherished it. It is heavy, and keeps my coffee hot WAY longer than any mug I have ever used. (Other than insulated of course)It is my go to every day mug and it held up great. My original mug was broken by my very clumsy dog and I was heart broken. I was absolutely shocked when I found them on Amazon…. I was skeptical that it would be the same. I was so happy to find that it is exactly the same. My morning comfort returned!!

I bought the as a gift and my friend loves it. She received it on time, and she lives in a very remote area. Can't go wrong with a Mara mug!

Amazon warehouse shippers need to use common sense...they don't.
I bought three of these for family for Christmas. Two of the cups came in their own product box but one of them was packed loose in a shipping box with little to know padding. It arrived in pieces. I requested a replacement, it too was shipped in the same manner and arrived in pieces. How is that even possible that Amazon workers who packed this thought the packing would be adequate and the cup would be fine? Come on Amazon. Do better.Anyway, the cups that survived the trip are awesome. My mom and step dad loved them. I actually bought one of this brands coffee cups at the local county fair many years ago. Glad to see the company is doing well. They are really nice well-made cups :-)
