SpencoWomens Spenco Women's Total Support Full Insole

I have arthritic feet and for my job as a nurse I am on my feet constantly. I thought I needed new shoes even tho they still had good tread and looked like new. I tried the Spenco Women’s Total Support full insole and I was able to do a 10 hour shift without pain! I will never be without them again!

No support with these after day 1. The a4ch went completely flat on the left and the right "deflated" in the heel. Awful!

I am a regular user of Spenco inserts. Unfortunately these were not true to size and I had to return. Will continue to purchase a similar Spenco insert as they are my favorite.

My wife would not be able to walk after working on her feet all day.Once she started using these she no longer has any pain at all. They are very comfortable and are of high quality materials.

I have used Spenco inserts in the past with no complaints. I feel the description of what the insole is like and how it helps did not meet expectations. It was very stiff and just did not work for me.

I like these a lot and use them in my walking and trail shoes. It took me a couple of tries to get the right size, although I still trim a little off the toe to make them fit each shoe perfectly.

I stand all day at my job, these spencos give arch support, pain relief, and last longer than any I have tried.
