Pizza Perfect!
So glad we ordered this EZ pizza peel. It is the perfect accessory for pizza making. We made the pizza right on the peel and the pizza slid effortlessly into the oven. The quality is exeptional and the wood is bamboo. It was very easy to clean. This product offers excellent value for the money spent. Now, I am curious to see what other products Ital X offers. Looking forward to ordering the pizza boards and EZ scissors! 🍕.

The best slide pizza peel I have ever used !
Works perfectly. Easy to launch pizza on any oven without even using semolina or corn flour on the peel. I have one Ooni Volt and the 12 inches size peel fits for it. Don’t go for cheaper chinese versions , they are made with plastic instead of bamboo and they are low quality…Easy to clean, doesn’t stick, light weight.Italx EZ pizza peel 12 V2 just works !!!

Biggest piece of crap
Never works. Pizza always rips. Total waste of money. DON’T BUY THIS. When I use a normal pizza tool I never have an issue.

terrific design with one materials issue
Having used the cheap ($30) versions, there is no comparison. This is a high quality item that is very well designed and will last a long time. Nothing even thinks about sticking to the cloth material. The peel works flawlessly once you know the technique, which took me a second time to master. I probably should have played around with an empty crust and a cold pizza oven to get the hang of it. It's also super easy to clean up. Basically just wipe it down. My only concern is that the cloth starting fraying a good bit from the beginning. I'm making 12" pizzas on the 16" version, so it will likely not be an issue, but it would seem that there is something in the way of edging that could be done. The picture is a close up of a few inches, but the fraying is down the full length on both sides.

This peel is great...
I own both the super peel and this one (ez peel)... Though the super peel works very well-- this one just works that much better.. The material the slider is made out of makes it so nothing sticks and it doesnt seem to get dirty at all.... As for heat resistant--- i placed my first few pizza in the oven and took my time taking the peel out.. I figured it needs to either melt--- or work... It worked great... Zero burn marks or any marks for that matter.. The slider slides smoothhhhhh... (can you tell i am really happy with this?)...The first one i ordered showed up broken(thanks ups)... I reached out to the ez-peel website thinking ---"oh gosh here we go-- into the abyss of "send the first one back-- we will look and maybe send you a replacement""... This did NOT happen at all.. Frank the owner replied IMMEDIATELY .. Apologized even though it wasn't his fault and had the replacement in the mail within a hour!!!!!!!!This is the best conveyor belt style pizza peel out on the market and if I break it or for any reason need to replace it-- i will 100%..For people new to conveyor belt style pizza peels... The secret is to hold the knob on the slider and push the base under the pizza dough... The way the conveyor belt rools onto the peel-- it slides right under the wet sticky pizza dough-- bringing the dough up onto the top of the peel... Once you get it-- you're golden no matter how wet or sticky your dough is...Over all--- i give this 5 stars, 2 high fives and 3 attaboys to this product..

i have used similar tools of this but the EZ PIZZA PEEL have a superior quality , perfect and easy to use

Very well built. I’ve cooked 10 pizzas with it so far and no problems at all. Seems like it will hold up well.

Doesn’t work as advertised
I followed the instructions but still completely mangled my pizzas. Gave it three attempts with two kinds of dough. All three times the dough stuck to the material in some places causing the pizza to stretch out, breaking the dough and leaving ingredients directly on the stone. I’m returning it and going back to a standard peel with flour or corn meal.

You get what you pay for!
I tried the cheaper pizza peels, but the EZ Peel is the best. Works really well, and the quality will ensure that it stands the test of time.

Edge Ripping
I have used this product 3 times and it is starting to tear from the edges. Would I buy it again not bloody likely.

Quite impressed
I do pizza pop-ups in breweries and bake between 75 - 100 pizzas every week. I bought this peel to reduce the amount of semolina/flour I introduce in the oven when launching the pizzas, which creates a lot of smoke. I have used it for a month now, so probably baked close to 400 pizzas with it. The peel is expensive, but thus far as proven to be very durable, and it works beautifully. It does get a bit of practice to get used to, but it's like everything else. You can get cheap, $25.00 versions of it, but I would stay away from these knock-offs. I highly reccomend this peel if you're baking inside and want to reduce smoke or if you're having a hard time learning to use a regular peel.
