Disappointed ☹️ Customer
I purchased this product on the 6th July and already one of the cables have stoped working. I wouldn’t recommend this product in my opinion I’ve wasted my money. The 2nd cable I’ve not had any trouble with upto now. I’m now updating my review the 2nd cable has stopped working now so in my opinion this is a disappointing purchase and I’m not impressed.

Why does the USB end of the cable get hot during charging.
The USB end of this cable gets quite hot during charging? I have no confidence in this product and I would not recommend leaving it charging a device unattended.I therefore deem the cable to be unsafe

most durable ive used
ive had both of these wires fully functioning for 8 months now. the wires show no sign of being worn or loosening since theyre so well protected. one of the is slightly less reliable now because i kinda stepped on it and bent the connecting piece slightly, so my fault. for the other one, connection is as good as the day i got it and still goes into my phone and stays in firmly.

A good purchase
I am very pleased with my purchase and can now charge my phone much quicker.I usually need to charge it on airplane mode.

Okay but big area of improvement
It is a great length but the metal where the cable attaches to the adaptor for the phone charger came away after 3 uses b still usable

Its great and my collegaues have commented to say that it looks like a necklace, wish I found and bought this earlier.

One is working and one is not
One of the cables is working one is not how would I get a free replacement?As there is a 18 month warranty on them and they are nice cables.
