My book arrived in a decent amount of time. It is in better condition than I expected-almost like new, with the exception of the previous owner's name inscribed in the inside of the front cover. I didn't mind that at all, however, because I liked the fact that somewhere there is a sister in Christ who interested in the same study:) I'm very pleased with my purchase!

Susan Heck is my favorite women's bible study teacher! She is biblically sound and rightly divides the word of God. It is meat! God has used her teaches to change my life. I recommend her to all women who want a faithful teacher of God's Word!

Amazing study on prayer. I have never written so many notes and sharing them with my friends. Just ordered two more books for gifts. Love the section on How to Continue Walking in Wisdom. Don’t miss out on her teachings. Just ran across her as an author and ordered some others too.

Love Susan Heck studies. Nice to have a good biblical sound study

Although this was not the first study of Susan Heck's I was involved in, it was the first study I read in a book study with a friend - we both desired to improve our prayer life. Mission accomplished; and, so much more! Our individual relationships with Christ deepened greatly; and, we both grew spiritually as a result of this study. This book is written so that once you have read the Introduction, you may read any chapter independently of any other, per topic if that is your wish. I have gone back to read many chapters for insight, inspiration, information, peace, and comfort. A truly beautiful book!

I bought this book to use in our Ladies Sunday School class. It is probably the best book on prayer I have read. The girls are loving it. It encourages you to memorize scripture and to fast. The fasting chapter has been my favorite thus far. Also enjoyed the chapter on the Lords prayer. I highly recommend this book.
