Haven't had much opportunity to break them in but on first try and initial adjustment they're fine; hard, but that's because they're new. When the leather softens and the final adjustment is made I'll have a better idea. But no complaints.

Last year I thought I had struck gold with my first ever pair of Crocs. However, as comfortable as they are they are really ugly. So after seeing Birkenstocks reviewed on QVC I took the plunge with these Arizona Birko-Flors. They are great, They stay on when you might think they would fall off having no backs. I have previously had to use Scholl inserts as my arches tend to fall in ordinary shoes. However the footbed on the Birkies is beautifully shaped and very supportive.With the weather in the UK as rubbish as ever I am currently using them as slippers but once that sun shines I will be out there strutting my stuff in my Birkies. As regards sizing I followed other reviews and went down a size from what I would normally wear. I have 11.5 size feet and these are 44's and fit perfectly. These are my first pair of Birkies and they wont be my last.

The shoes are great, and just what I wanted, but I had to order twice and send the first pair back. Both pairs I ordered were described as leather, but the first ones sent were made from Birkoflor artificial leather. I ordered another pair from the same seller while waiting for a refund, and had to pay quite a lot more for them. I wasn’t happy, but 38 regular is a difficult size to find and I didn’t want to risk not getting them. Take care to examine what you are sent carefully!

I ordered them on Monday and they arrived on Thursday. I was rather confused about conflicting reviews - from indicating to go up a size to go down a size or that it was a narrow fit or ok as a wide fitting.I decided to order my usual size 6 (although some shoes I have in a 7 !) and see what happened.They are a perfect fit for me in shoe length. I do have a wide foot and so have simply adjusted them to the third hole. Would be a problem for very narrow feet I should think. They are really comfortable and I love them. Just to confuse matters more I discover I've been sent a 5.5 !! Oh well. They fit and they look gorgeous and felt comfortable straight away.

Love these sandals

I love these sandals and they feel so good on my feet. I am usually a size 7 or 8 and have a wide foot. These are a 41 and fit perfectly.Unfortunately they have worn out a lot quicker than I thought. I purchased them in May 2020. I was expecting to get years out of them but feel I will have to buy another pair for next year.

So so so so so comfortable. My poor slippers have been relegated forever. Currently wearing them with socks in the middle of January and they literally live on my feet from March - Nov too. They are a total joy to be on the end of my feet. Wish they had been part of my life years earlier. Just say yes! You're welcome...
