Extremely easy to activate and start using the card. Once activated, tap works effortlessly on iPhone but on android there is a contact file that downloads and then gets imported in the contacts (probably an Android limitation).There is no subscription required. There are no apps to use. It just works.The support is amazing. I had a request and it was addressed the same day. This kind of support will help the product realize its full potential.Some additional fields of information (like free text etc.) may be helpful.Overall a great product and happy to have bought it. Hope the company keeps listening to feature requests and add them.
