I needed over two feet - this was the perfect solution. Installing the end piece is easy if you take your time and bend the strap in a big curve. Recommended.

The very first clamp I made with this system was a real frustration, but once I figured it out, I have been very pleased with my results! It's not necessary to grind the ends of the strapping, I was able to simply clip the strap to length. However, it is imperative for the strapping material to be completely flat where it feeds into the clamp. Turns out a very tiny dimple in the strap prevented it from feeding properly into the clamp, so watch for that if you have difficulty getting the clamp to grab onto the strap. I'd suggest cutting your strapping about an 1-1/2" longer than you think is needed to allow for the fold-over at the beginning of the clamp. There are also replacement clamps if you have leftover strapping material so you don't have to waste anything. Highly recommended, watch videos for clarification if you haven't used the system before.
