Thus is a well made quality leather swivel chair. Perfect color for my Americana themed living room. Very comfortable

It is beautiful and perfect right out of the box. Came assembled. It is very well built.And my husband who weighs 260 lbs and normally hates what I buy because he doesn’t feel is ergonomically correct (read : afraid he will break it of that it won’t support his weight) loves it.I only bought one. Will ultimately get another one. So glad I got this instead of a lower cost but lower quality chair, as I have done before.The only drawback was a slightly strange scent it had upon opening the box, and for the first few weeks. No idea what it was from. Maybe fumigation for shipping or something else in the container when shipped? Anyway., all gone now.

We needed a couple of smaller but comfy chairs in our living room to coordinate with our leather sectional. These chairs were not very expensive, so we weren’t sure if the quality would be present, and if they but we were really happy with the feel and color and overall craftsmanship of the leather. The leather fits well with our expensive leather sectional. They are comfortable for both of us who are 5’3” and 5’10”. These wouldn’t be so comfortable for someone who is over 6’.

STOP! DO NOT BUY!If chair defective as mine was with an indentation in top edge and discolored leather below you will need to bring a bulky 72 lb chair in a box to UPS or USPS!It is a nightmare with Cymex and Amazon to return. Neither will have picked up. Worse Amazon told me it could be returned to Whole Foods! NOT. …don’t you believe customer service if they tell you that. After paying a mover to bring to Whole Foods and calling Amazon NO HELP! Then we needed to have mover bring to UPS. Very labor intensive, costly and waste of time over weeks. NO NEVER AGAIN!Still waiting for my refund and of course I have the cost of a mover or there was no way this could be returned. Seems to me that was their goal to keep my full price payment for a defective chair!

Absolutely stunning, very comfortable, leather is soft, looks amazing in my living room. I almost purchased it at another store, but the price on Amazon (with shipping) couldn’t be beat.

Quality is great. They look great in my family room. Value is very important.My only issue was the way they were delivered. Just left in front of my garage, driver didn't let me know they were delivered. If it had been raining it would have been bad. I am 83 years old and it was good that my daughter just happened to come by. She was able by herself to manage to get both chairs into the house. This delivery was days ahead of time, therefore I wasn't expecting them on that day.

I love the detailed seams, and the leather seems to be excellent quality. Cushions are very firm, which I love. It is dark dark gray (soft black) so if you want a black black you'll be disappointed. The delivery time was twice as long as the other chair we ordered, so don't order this if you're in a hurry. There was no assembly needed, and it was packed very well. We're very satisfied.
