Update: This snapped into two in under 4 month's use. I used it for an average of once a week or less. Not as durable as I thought. Updated: Just got this (heavy) and it seems pretty solid from my one time use. I scoured Amazon to find the right resistance chord and this came out top in terms of price and durability.

It seems to be a good strong bungee for exercising your arms and shoulders. I would say that it’s medium strength.

I've been using it for a couple weeks now and the build quality is noticeably better than most of the other resistance bands I've used in the past. The hand straps are strong, the fabric sleeve around the band allows for more protection, especially if you're wearing shoes when standing on it, and the foam handle is a nice touch. The fastener which holds the band to the handles seems decent, but we will see how it holds up after a lot usage. Same with the band elasticity itself; a lot of cheaper bands will slightly stretch and lose resistance over time.I normally lift weights, but due to the global situation, bands have been my go-to so I bought the heavy resistance level. It's surprisingly strong, so I would recommend for anyone else is who normally accustomed to lifting weights; the weaker resistances may be too weak for you.The extra additions really make this band a cut above your standard cheapo bands and I honestly couldn't find a better bargain for the price at the time I bought it.

Appears far more safe than un-covered rubber resistance tubes. I take mine when I travel, and it provides a nice workout aide.

This item has a fabric sheath that helps the rubber contained within last longer than with cheaper resistance bands, generally speaking. I use these perhaps 4 times a week and each one seems to last a couple months before breaking. No complaints here as the portability and versatility benefits make occasional replacement well worth it.

My hold strengthening band had broker so I looked at this one and this is the one that met all of the needs. I got in very quickly and it is just what I wanted. It feels good when I use it and does not make me feel like I am overdoing it and will end up with sore muscles. I thought for the price it was a very good deal.

This is a great resistance band. Love the fabric covering. Good quality product.. Seems like it will last a long time.
