The verdict is still out. Wanted to try it. Mostly for the cool factor. Put it on my Oneida to shoot fingers. Probably too over complicated for the purpose. I have found it difficult to adjust in almost every plane as making minute changes is pretty hit or miss. After a couple of weeks I am still trying to get a bare shaft "fine" tuned to shoot with the fletched arrows. The rest does let you know if your arrow is spined correctly! Have also found that if you are not careful when drawing the bow and get too much torque on the string with your fingers, you can pull the arrow down between the prongs on the rest. I am shooting a heavy hunting arrow, 680 gr., so I may need to change the prongs. They offer different thicknesses for this. In one respect it does make you more conscious of how you are drawing your bow. Also a little noisy but I haven't put on the included clear plastic strips for the prongs. The rest does seem to be pretty consistent as all the arrows seem to shoot the same way and group well. Will give it a little more time to try and work out the kinks but my old springy rest is looking pretty good.
