Item came opened and leaked out
The media could not be loaded. The liquid in the item was not tightly sealed and the product started to leak out while inside a secured box

Not happy
Sea moss gel on arrival had leaked out of the jar and was all over the packaging and jar leaving me with 1/3 of the jar missing. I'll just make my own next time because the amount I paid for this gel to be missing is unacceptable.

Amazed Goods!
Very disappointed. Product in the box was damaged leaking the product out of the jar. Sea moss was all over the jar and the cap was not screwed on tightly. Other reviews did state that there seems to be a continuous pattern of sending items that are in unacceptable condition. Don’t order from this manufacturer and risk the chance. Couldn’t return the product either so don’t bother!
