This case is superb if you wish to get almost pro level photos with a phone, it came with the main case (a very well designed cnc machined aluminium piece) which fits the phone perfectly. 2x aluminium handles for getting better stabilisation and an aluminium filter ring which clips onto the rear plate (the filter ring takes standard 57mm camera lens filters). Currently I'm only using the case as a case, due to my old case falling apart, but it's very well made. The only tradeoff (because of all the mounting points, cold shoe points etc) is that it is very chunky and makes the phone much wider, not an issue for my large hands but I could see it being too big for some.

The case is well made and will protect your phone, yes it is big but for me it is simple, if I know I am going to be using filters and lens then I will take it with me. The big win for me is that the weight is still within the Hohem M6 gimbal max capacity even with filters and lens. Also I can use it with just my tri pod. I did a lot of research before purchasing so I was informed about the size / thickness etc. I guess there would be some negatives if it was cheap thin rubber. To be honest it is one of the better purchases over the past few months. When you fit the adaptors push on them before sliding them down as I have seen some YT video's where the person struggle to put them on. Nice and simple when you know. Wear & tear well not had it long enough to find that out For the money and quality of the case I think it is priced fairly well. We all want things cheaper but quality generally prevails in the long term

Very good fit for my galaxy ultra s23! I use the cage to hold my phone when I need to use it as a webcam. Works very well

A very handy gadget and quick to set up and use. The handle positions could have been more flexible. The cage makes it difficult to plug in a USB microphone into the phone. I have ordered extenders/adapters. More 1/4 20 holes would have been helpful or more cold shoe options.My item came with a handle that I fitted on the left side. This is not very comfortable and lacks sufficient "padding". The end result is that they unit can become painful to hold during prolonged use. The quick release fitting needs to be tightly fitted. My phone did fall due to the candle coming off. Luckily I had a strap on my rig that prevented what could have been serious damage to my new S24 Ultra phone.

Well, that phone has a 7 years updates window and does 8k30fps, 4k120fps, at the top of what's technically possible nowadays. Meaning you well above future proofing. If smartphone videography is a use case for you, this is a must. I use the same filters as my full frame mirrorless 67mm. I legitimately giving up on buying a B-Cam and rather have that more flexible mix.
