My 4 year old loves this
My 4 year old has recently discovered Ben and Holly and this toy has been amazing for him, he absolutely loves it! Good quality, decent size.

fantastic. just the thing when ur 3 year old granddaughter ask for a real rocket for christmas

Not very well made for kids.
This took about half an hour to get out of the packaging and fit the batteries. The rocket itself is flimsy and the door won’t stay closed. The little elf flew out first use and his helmet came off and broke on the floor. We have to use tape to keep it on him now. Overall disappointing for him and I’m sure won’t last long.

Item faulty
The battery compartment screw is flat and rounded off so you cannot access this to put the batterys in to make the lights and sounds work on this toy which is very disappointing hopefully we just got the faulty one and there not all like this

The door of the rocket doesn't shut so the figure keeps falling out.Very disappointed

Opened and it’s broken.
This was wrapped and given to my son on Xmas day - when we got it out of the package the base was cracked in half and the wires snapped. Can this be replaced please? Can send a photo if needed.
