Great simple and all that you need for most exercises.
Only issue is I have it on tile floors so it moves when I'm doing a pulling exercise with the lower cables. No real complaints for the price and all the exercises I can do it with.

Great Cage for the Money
It is a good setup for the price. This is a great Option for someone who is putting it in a low ceiling type of environment. Most power racks in this price range don't work well for a low ceiling type basement/garage which is what I am dealing with. So it was a great option because of that.I put the product together myself in about 2 hours, I am sure if I would have had someone there to help it would have taken me a lot less. It is pretty sturdy when there is weights on it, without weights it can move around as it is lighter than it looks. I have had 350lbs loaded on the small hooks for a squat and it seemed to be held fairly well. The gave does wiggle a bit due to it not being bolted down but that is to be expected. The Cable system is definitely makes this a great buy. Having the upper and lower is nice, similar setups usually only have the upper one. They provide you with 3 attachments for it which is nice and it of course works with other attachments you can buy in stores. I have had the weight tree in back loaded up with 270lbs, Six 45lb plates and it seemed to work fine, I am not sure I would use that weight consistently but for testing purposes it seemed to support the weight. I figure most will not being using anything close to that so it should handle the weight just fine. The Bench is not as solid as I would like but for the price considering you are getting all you are getting the bench being skimped a little makes sense. The pads for the Leg Extension the caps at the end of the bar easily come off so the padding can move off the bar, at this point I have stopped putting them in so I just make sure I don't move my legs and take the padding off when using them. Not Major and I easily work around it but I know some may find that annoying. All in all I am pleased with the purchase , this rack setup will work well for a beginner or novice lifter that isn't lifting super heavy. If you do plan on lifting heavy continuously I would suggest getting a sturdier rack for safety reasons. But for most people this rack will do the trick. The Cable/Pulley system makes this rack a winner in my book for the price.

great for people below 900 to 1200 power.
The product is great for what you pay for; that being said.. you get what you pay for. they make a model that is 100 dollars more with safety bars and a full squat rack, and upgrades that looks more worth it. this is a big bang for your buck and comes with free lat bars and ankle straps. There are a lot of minor annoyances which give it a 3 star:1. the rack pins stick to the barbell and rotate up when picking the barbell off them.. this is unsafe but also stunts your first rep if this occurs2. the bench back is adjustable but the seat is not. the leg extension/curl attachments are awkward and dont quit work if youre not the perfect height. its also not removable, making you jut your legs out to the sides a bit, which can hinder exercises such as incline db curl. you can move the bench or replqce it though if this is an issue.3. the cable system is great and has both bottom and top attachments. the height of the cage is only 84 inches.. the lat pulldown even less. i don't get a full ROM(RANGE OF MOTION)on any pulldown exercises and have to do it at an angle or from the floor to get ROM because the bar isn't high enough. even on the highest adjustable chain position for my longer arms.4. the pullup bar isn't high enough for taller people(I'm 6 ft) to free hang. although you can bend your knees and have no problem.5. not sure if its just mine but when i stand in front of it.. i can easily tilt it backwards. especially with weight on the pulldown attachment. because of the way its designed.. its not an issue with barbell exercises as the weight pulls it forward and balances it, so its not an issue but if you drop the barbell and have weight on the attachment it might fall.6. if you're above 1200 power (300 max bench, 400 squat, 500 deadlift) or even 900 power(200. 300, 400) then this is not for you. There are a lot of small weight limits, 300 for the safety hooks and rack, 300 for the bench, and 100 for the pulldown attachment. for someone powerlifting and slamming weights I assume its even less.to sum it up.. this is a great cheap piece for beginners who dont mind all the nuances and dont have access to high end equipment or gyms. all the problems above xould be fixed with a taller height. better weight restrictions, and a more adjustable bench. if youve been working out for a 4 or so years and go 4 to 5 days a week, amd have access to better options youre probably more happy with a rack with better weight restrictions and taller frame.

It's Big. Check the Dimensions.
Overall, this is a great component of my home gym. This system offers a lot of flexibility related to weight training. I love having a cable system, leg developer, squat rack, and multiple position bench press all in one. Luckily, I just needed this and an elliptical to fit into my workout room as this takes up some space. You will need at least 9 feet from the wall to the end of the leg developer. I fit it in by making it go diagonally in my 12x12 room. It seems sturdy, but it could be better. I've learned that placing 45 pound plates on the leg developer can be a problem since the weights hit my shin when doing leg extensions. I like the system, and I'm happy with the value and quality of it.
