Very disappointed! I am staying out of state for a radical spinal surgery and am on total bedrest and am on Oxygen. I left my diffuser at home so I ordered this one to help me relax and to counteract the dryness from the oxygen. The main reason I chose this model was for the remote control so I coupd control it from bed. The machine itself is great, but the remote is total rubbish! It only works if you are standing close enough to ths machine to actually just press the buttons on it, and even then you have to press the button at least 10 times for it to actually work. It is 100% useless. I tried looking in the handbook to find out if I was doing something wrong and there is zero mention of the remoate at all. It isnt evdn listed in the “included” list portion. I was COUNTING on this machine and it is a huge letdown.

The item clearly states in the title that it is a 550ML diffuser. Unfortunately when it arrived, it was much smaller than what it should have been. Checking the specs in the description, I came to find that it was actually a 300ML diffuser being sold. Really disappointing.

Took it out of the box, added water, added essential oils and plugged it in! Worked fantastic. Love the output. The light colors are beautiful at night. Using it for my bronchitis next to my bed with eucalyptus essential oils and lavender. I woke up with no stuffy nose or chest congestion.

Love this diffuser, it is just a little bit smaller than I thought it would be but the water lasts a lot more than the 6 hours that it runs. Very quite and also has optional rotating lights.

I love it so much!!!! It is beautiful and works great. I use it every night. This would make a wonderful gift.

I used this product when I bought it last year maybe half a dozen times. I had it safely stored away and I just pulled it out to use it again and when I plugged it in, the part that plugs into the wall was making a buzzing sound! Unfortunately this was a waste of $30 because it's going in the garbage now. I'm not messing with electricity.

Wow do I love this. I use this all day every day, I've even bought two more for different rooms in my house and gotten my family members on it too. It works great, doesn't get clogged, the mist is super fine and quiet. I couldn't be happier with it.

Product work great for 3 months and then was a total mess the water start coming out and damage my furniture horrible quality of diffusers

Great, the remote sucks but the product is awesome and the manual buttons are easy to use

It is worth every penny! I love it! I ordered a second one. The colours are beautiful and it is quiet and works amazing. It does not run for twelve hours only six but still worth every penny!
