Michael Stewart wraps up the Scraping Pegs series with a solo ride back to the scene of his horrific collision with a charging Stag. It is easy for the reader to feel his Joy and renewed confidence with being on a motorcycle. Each day of his journey finds him experiencing gratifying moments with both people he meets along the way and scenic wonders newly discovered. I enjoyed reading this book - it made me feel good.

I was curious to learn about the motorcycle prescription. What is it? It’s an addition to the wellness theory of yoga, meditation, mindfulness and wellbeing by learning the joy of motorcycle riding. Michael and his friends take the reader on a therapeutic ride.This book is brimming with funny, realistic dialogue, pictures, maps and what the title suggests, a prescription for joy. It’s impossible to not be caught up in the excitement of this experience, whether you’ve ever ridden a motorcycle in your life or not.The journey is through western Canada and the United States. Camping, mountains, music, food and the sheer happiness this trip invokes is contagious. The reader is taken along on a trip of a lifetime.Deeper meaning of life and happiness are found along the way. Friendships deepen and the true therapy of the journey is reflected and journaled. This book makes me want to buy a motorcycle.

Classics really is better
well. Curiosity kills the cat, i have to admit i am not a motorcycle enthusiast i just wanted to peek, have a glance of the motorcycle culture, Lots of information are new to me simple because they have their own "language" simple fascinating. I have learned what wind therapy is and how it affects the overall well-being of the rider. This book will benefits both newbie and veteran motorcycle enthusiast.
