I love the wonderfully spicy flavor of this tea.

If you love cinnamon, you'll love this tea. I'm a little hard pressed to call it Chai though as it's totally dominated by cinnamon. It's more in line with a cinnamon rubios.All that being said, it's a nice tea and the moderate amount of caffeine is welcome if you want a mid afternoon pick me up but don't want to be buzzing all evening.I've been making chai tea lattes with it and it does turn out really well. It's about 8oz of boiling water, a tsp or two of sugar, two bags of tea and then frothed milk to fill the rest.

We love this spicy chai in our house. I have it 4 or 5 times a week. It's great hot or iced and the spice blend is excellent. I used this tea to make a glaze to put over scones and it was amazing. This chai is going to be a pantry staple for some time in our house.

The cinnamon note makes the other flavors seem weak. I have to brew it at double strength.

I actually really like this tea. It's subtle. I steeped it for quite a while and the taste was still very mild, but it was good. I was originally hoping for something stronger (I love vibrant spicy teas), but I was pleasantly surprised at how much I ended up liking this one.Now, if you're looking for a strong Chai flavor, this is not for you. This tea is neither strong or spicy, it is mild. It is subtle. But it is still flavorful. If you like something with softer notes, give this a try, you might like it. For the price it's definitely worth a try.

Good tasting tea, not too much caffeine. The cinnamon may have health benefits. 3 packs makes it a good value for the price.

I recently started taking chess lessons and watching videos by IM Eric Rosen, a professional chess player. He apparently loves tea and talks about it a lot. I guess a lot of chess players love tea. Who knew? So it got me back into drinking tea and exploring different varieties.I love that this tea is organic and that it comes in individually wrapped packages. I keep all of my tea in an airtight glass jar with a latch, and it's important that tea comes in it's own sealed package so I can easily locate what I want. Also love that this has a indication on the package of the level of caffeine. It doesn't say how much, but that's fine. This tastes a bit mild to me but I like a strong tea and often use more than one bag for my over-sized mug.I think people will enjoy this tea very much. I've read the other reviews and one of my little boxes was also crushed. Again, a large glass jar with an airtight seal is a much better way to keep tea. A crushed box is not the seller's fault and has no effect on the tea itself. Can't wait to cold brew this!

It's definitely cinnamon-forward whereas in my chai, I prefer cardamom-forward notes. That's not a big deal as it still makes a great cup of tea. I like mine slightly sweetened with stevia or a touch of honey. It does contain caffeine (2 out of 4 is what the box states). So definitely not for night-time drinking. My teens love the flavor as well if that matters (they are chai fans).
