I got these for my morning (let’s be honest, all day) coffees. I like that it can be used for hot drinks and it appears to be biodegradable. The fibers are strong and can handle being in drinks, unlike paper straws, but when I’m done I put them in my compost pile and the fibers seem to break down fairly easy. Also good to use as a stirrer since it can handle heatEdit. Don’t leave it in the cup while your coffee is dripping into it. Put the straw in after. It kinda just melted down. I learned that while rushing around one morning. No big deal though. My coffee wasn’t ruined and I just grabbed another one

These are our go to straws for our kombucha taproom. They are light so sometimes a couple dispense at a time, but otherwise perfect and 100% compostable.

Love these, hold up to multiple uses in cocktails. I'll be using these over glass or metal from here forward, so much better!

Love these instead of using plastic straws. There is no taste, and way better than the paper ones that start to disintegrate when you take too long to drink a drink (which I do!!). Great value for the price also!

Bought these bc I like the idea of using an earth and animal friendly straw. Paper draws just don’t cut it so I tried these for cold or room temp drinks they are perfect but for coffee I have found some bend in half or melt in coffee. Can’t really blame the product just beware it’s not good for hot drinks

Guilt-free straws that don't disintegrate in my drink! Yes!

Disposable sugarcane straws, I used them in my Hot Tea. The straw collapsed, within a short time, it completely closed-up and was unusable. I need a straw that's not plastic and is made of natural materials, which sugarcane is. I am very disappointed with the not being able to use them as a drinking straw for my Hot Tea, I'm very upset. The straw looks good as a display for my cup but unusable as a straw with my Hot Tea. I do NOT recommend for Hot Beverages. This review is my personal experience, using the product.

I finally found a good alternative to plastic straws that doesn't taste weird (like paper). I don't know wether they are actually compostable. Drinking with them is like using classic plastic straws.Some of the straws arrived a bit deformed (see image)
