I suffer from horrible migraines. I ordered this expecting very little. I have tried so many products in despiration. This is amazing. It blocks the light, applies just the right amount of pressure, and the cooling helps alleviate symptoms. It is by no means a cure, but it provides an incredible amount of symptom relief. Simple design. Well made. Nothing complicated about it. Doesn't really adjust. Fit me well. Not sure if they offer other sizes. It is sorta stretchy. Works great.

We bought one of these back in December and our daughter took it to school, so this is one for us!This is pretty simple to use--just slip it over your head and let it chill you! We keep ours in the freezer for the times we need it. The cap fits snugly and is made of gel-infused fabric that retains the cold but stays flexible. The combination of the cold and the snug fit feels great, and it also blocks out light. We often use it after being outside in the heat as a way to cool down.The instructions say you can microwave this cap and use it to provide heat. It is way too hot to do that now, but it should come in handy during the winter months.This cap has worked well for us, and we are glad to have it available in our freezer!

Nice cap I mostly use it after I store it in a freezer for like an hour. Good quality and does help with headache Fabric feels nice on a skin also stays cold for good amount of time.

This mask/cap is made of nice material. It has some good weight. When wearing it, it gave a natural pressure to my head which feels like a massage and helps my headache a lot. It feels cool to the skin naturally enough for me. I don’t need to freeze it to feel the cool, which is very convenient.

Cap is very soft. Feel good when putting on. I only use it in cold conditions because I like cool. It releases my tiredness in my eyes. My friend recommended this new product and loving it so far.

I honestly did not expect to like this thing THIS much! It is absolutely AMAZING! It wraps your head so snugly and feels so wonderful that we are literally fighting over who gets to use this thing! I am going to heave to order a second one for my husband. It envelops and hugs your whole head in a wonderfully cold gel pad that is soft and stretchy yet holds its shape very nicely. The relief that you get with this cap is unbelievable because in addition to being cold it creates a bit of pressure due to the stretching and it a total game changer. I am truly impressed at how simple yet effective this gel cap is!

I have had migraines all my life. The only thing I can do is go to a cool dark room and wait for it to pass. My doctor recommended this cap to all her patience. Placed the cap in my freezer, so when I feel a migraine is coming on, I place the cap on my head. It covers my eyes my ears and you don’t have to worry about cool, damp cloth, getting your hair and your bedding wet , this cap does not sweat on to your pillow. I took it on board a plane with me people, don’t talk to you when your eyes are covered. I hope this helps you too.Iput it in the freezer and what I needed it.
