Averege product...Good in performance but bad in built quality...The knob is the most worst thing about it. Made of substandard material without any quality sense.The motor is powerful and does well in service.Compact and sleeky design is impressive...

We are using it for the last 1 week. The product is compact, well designed and quite sturdy. The Containers have a good build quality and the operation is quite smooth. The 750W motor is powerful and not noisy. The speed selector knob could have been with a better grip. Especially if your hands are wet, it may slip a bit. Apart from 3 containers (Chutney, Dry & Wet), it comes with Chopping and Churning (butter / shakes) blades that can be used in any of the Wet or Dry container. While the chutney jar has a fixed blade, the other two jars have interchangeable blades. They also provide a add-on lock clip for the container lids for handsfree operation. The lids are lead-free. Multiple rubber rests at the bottom helps in reducing vibration and noise to a large extent but has a bit of movement.Overall a very good product for the price of 3200/- i bought this for from Amazon.

I bought this mixer grinder for my mom. She absolutely loves it. The jar heads are interchangeable and all the jars have handles making it very convenient to use. Also the grinder comes with a spatula which removes the paste/masala easily.

First of all, thanks to Amazon for delivering the item to small town where other major e-commerce companies do not deliver.The product itself is good. We have the same product at home and have been using this product since 6 months. I wanted another for my in-laws and ordered it. The product was delivered on time and functions as expected.The noise output is relatively oh the higher side. This could be because of the 750-watt motor. Not a problem for us but for some this could be deal breaker.The smaller jar came with a manufacturing defect (courtesy of Prestige) where the jar was leaking. We had it fixed (replaced the washer) at a local store because it was too much of a hassle to get a replacement. Prestige should revisit their Quality assurance process - although its a small issue, a final product should never have such issues.EDIT: After 6 days, the product stopped working! We could just be unlucky to get a defective item but doesn't instill any confidence for me to get a replacement. Waiting for a refund from Amazon now.
