Tourna Pickleball Deluxe Caddy with Wheels

I very rarely write reviews but I thought it might be particularly useful for the Pickleball community to do so.Very happy( so far ) with this purchase. Extremely helpful for practice workouts.Save your back !!! Easily picks up 2 balls at a time. Easy to flip over from 'pick-up' mode to 'standing basket' mode. Can't vouch for long term durability but suits my needs perfectly for now. I have probably picked up about 700 balls so far ( 2 workouts ). No problems. I had no major problems with assembly but it is a bit tricky. Pay attention and you should be OK. Directions OK but not great. Could be better.Using the picture on the box as a reference was helpful. I'm glad I bought the larger model...the smaller one does not look particularly stable. Larger model is quite stable, holds more balls and easier to reach in the hopper. I will update if any function/durability issues arise. Exceeded my expectations...

Once assembled properly this pickleball caddy works well. Easily picks up balls and easily converts to a "bucket" on legs.Unfortunately the instructions that came with my caddy had two flaws.1) The installation of the wheels is NOT addressed anywhere in the instructions. If you wait (as I did) until the end to discover this, it is very difficult (but not totally impossible) to add the wheels once the caddy is fully assembled. The wheels should be attached to the side panel before any of the panels are attached to each other.2) The instructions indicates there are 4 12.75" fiberglass rods, and does not differentiate between them. In fact there are 4 rods, but 2 of them are thinner than the other two. The instructions do not specify which should go in the top and which in the bottom. THE THINNER RODS GO ON THE BOTTOM AND THE THICKER RODS GO ON TOP. Of course, I put the thicker ones at the bottom -- they are the same diameter as the sockets on the panel into which they are assembled. While the caddy would pick up balls without much trouble with these thicker rods on the bottom, the thinner rods on top would not restrain the balls from falling out when transporting the caddy on its side in the car. After using the caddy for some weeks I realized the mistake, disassembled two of the panels, and swapped the rods. The caddy now picks up balls even more easily and the top rods restrain the balls from falling out in transit.

Pros & Cons- I know players that live near the ocean and prefer this product because it will not corrode.- It's a sturdy efficient product.- They're only complaint was that at times it would damage balls when picking them up.- It's fairly easy to put together. It might take you about 20 minutes... This could probably be made a little little easier if the instructions that are provided were clear. But they are not. The instructions are terrible and will leave you guessing and making choices before you get it all together.Overall once you have it assembled, this is a great product.

Other carts are combination tennis and pickleball. Those are more difficult to pick up the pickleballs. This cart is made for pickleballs specifically and works well. Worst part of the lack of instructions out of the box. Have been using now for three months and it's holding up well. Would recommend.

Best purchase. Easy to take anywhere and so much easier to pick up the pickleball balls. Big enough for all the balls. The assembly was not difficult. I highly recommend.

Kind of a cheap plastic thing. I’d recommend getting something different.The plastic that guides the roller bars broke after a few weeks use and I had to attempt to repair it so the balls will stay in while it’s being stored in my trunk.Gamma makes a more expensive but durable drill basket.There are folding baskets for baseballs too.I’d suggest something else. I wouldn’t buy this again if I had it to do over.Original review before I had used it much:Pretty easy to assemble. Put the wheels on first.Works well. Wheels not super helpful if you’re over 6’, I kind of have to bend or slump to wheel it.Really nice for drilling. I like having the balls at waist height. Easily holds 3-4 dozen balls.Mostly it will pick up one ball at a time, sometimes 2. Won’t pick up balls against a fence, I have to pull them away from the fence with my foot.Still nice to not have to bend over to pick up.The little bars have fallen out once or twice. They pop back in.Durability is still tbd. I’ve used it about 10 times.

The media could not be loaded. I was a little skeptical about this product due to the price, but I am so happy with it! Assembly was easy, took 15 mins to put together. Top rods open and close so balls won’t fall out with storage. Bottom rods work nicely to pick up balls. Can easily fold handles down so Caddy stands up. Perfect for lessons or drills! Would recommend. Updated clip on wheels also roll nicely!

It was simple to put together, seems like quality materials, and picks up pickleballs like a dream.

The media could not be loaded. Product works good. Assembly was fairly easy, although I needed pliers to squeeze the two parts of the wheels together. Seems to pick up balls well (as shown in the video) .
