Cool Breezy Bedtime
This product is a life saver in the summers. We live in the desert and run hot at night so it keeps us about 10 degrees cooler. Just wish there was a bed sheet or something that would hold it in place sometimes it moves around at night. Great seller responsive and took care of an issue we had.

You get what you pay for!
Very easy to set up, plug the hose in, pour water, plug in USB-C cable and boom your off to the best sleep of your life. A few recommendations to prevent what a few reviewers had mentions in regards to leakage. Although the hoses fit around the nozzle pretty well, I used zip ties to make sure it stays on. It’s been about a week and have to have any problems. People are right with the “water tank” being too dark to see the full line. I used a flash light, no problem. I’ve keep it in the container just in case of leakage outside. Not one drop of water. Obviously reviewers are overfilling. I added a little white vinegar to ensure no bacteria/germs form in the lines and used distilled water. Not going to lie, it uses a lot of water. Downfall is that the cooling of the water also enable the machine to act a like a humidifier. So my room going to sleep is around 40% humidity and I wake up to 60% wish the unit was somewhat closed off to where It does not do that. Also, the tubes connecting to the pad to machine is shockingly short. Maybe like 4-5FT, just guessing. I had to set up a snack tablet by my bed to make sure it reaches and does not tip/fall over. They should at least sell an extension. Sleeping on the pad depends on each person. I have it on top of my mattress topper but under my mattress protected and my sheet over it. Works great. You can feel the pad as it’s plastic/PVC. Not really worried about exposure as my mattress protector is waterproof, meaning nothing gets past it plus the sheet. So it’s two layers of protection. Overall, it’s an excellent one trick pony show.

Hot garbage
Where to startPros: it cools for the whole night sometimes!Cons: The mattress pad is made of some kind of plastic that must be covered with something more than just a sheet to make it comfortable enough to sleep on it (unless you like sleeping on plastic like a five-year-old who still wets the bed.)The hoses are entirely too short. It only allows you to face the unit in One Direction so if you’re on the opposite side of the bed and want that fan blowing on you as well, you are out of luck.It takes forever to fill, and there is no window to tell you how full it actually is. The only way to know that it is full is when it starts spilling out all over your nightstand. If you run it on High, you may or may not get one full night of cooling out of the unit.It does work so if you don’t mind dealing with the things I just listed then by all means, fork over your hard earned money.I just wish there was something better that isn’t super expensive like a chilipad or 8 sleep but better than this garbage.

Works good.
This product works good for the most part. It gets really cool. As far as comfort, it bunches under the sheets and is not as comfortable as we expected. It is lightweight and doesn't make too much noise. The value is okay for the money we spent.

Works well
It takes quite a bit of water to fill. Close to 2 liters. Kept my bed cool but you have to keep the filter clean. If you’re not cleaning the filter the water doesn’t flow well. I clean the reservoir a few times a month with vinegar and water otherwise it will start to smell. It WILL LEAK IF YOU OVERFILL. Overall good purchase for the price.

i bought 5. please read my review for tips
first, i love this product. so i own 3 currently. i use one on one side of the giant sized bed, and one on the other side for my GF. i also have one on guest bed. 2 i destroyed on my own stupidity.here are some tips and things ive learned.so one problem is after about 6 months the mattress will start growing mold and makes it harder for water to travel throughout it and cleaning it is a nightmare. so of course my dumb butt pours like a 1/4 cup of bleach in there every night. well after about a month of doing this i realized the bleach completley disolved the inner materials inside it. hesitantly after i purchased new units, i decided to keep doing it, but now only do like a teaspoon every 3rd night or so. so far so good. no destruction of the inner material and im 4 months in. i highly suggest to do this or it will clog up with mold eventually.

Illogical design - not human centric at all.
I generally say, figuring out how things go together or function is one of my super powers. This thing is neither intuitive nor comprehendible even when VERY CAREFULLY reading the instructions. As everyone has said, the hose is absurdly short - just over 3 feet. So let’s say you want the tank/fan on your side of the bed and you sleep on the left side. Well, you would be plum out of luck. Or perhaps you want to just have a single cooling pad placed horizontally in the middle of the bed (even though I’m a warm sleeper, my toes are perpetually made of ice) and you sleep on the right side of the bed? Well, the input/output tubes in the cooling pad are certainly more than 4 (I’m being generous here) feet away. But the thing that finally rage quit and decide to just return the darn thing, is that one side of the tube is split and the other is attached together. That could be fine and all, however BOTH SETS OF IN/OUT TUBES ARE SEPARATED BY MORE THAN AN INCH. I would literally have to snip or tear them apart to reach their respective ports. The idiocy in this design and corresponding “instructions” is honestly mind boggling.
