Didn’t use for long at all but was good for the time I used it.

These gel cooling packs work just like any others. The hell remains soft and maleable whether warm or frozen, and moulds to the shape of your body. They are nice and thin, to fit under clothes, and provide good relief. The cases are a nice, soft, smooth neoprene or similar material.I haven't used the nipple covers which come with these yet as I have not had that issue and they are single use, to be disposed of after 72 hours.

Cool in the fridge for relief or microwave for 30 seconds before pumping to help with milk production. Don’t be tempted to microwave for longer, they get really hot really fast! Gel nipple covers are soothing it’s a shame they aren’t reusable.

A fantastic set of pads to sooth painful or sensitive nipples whether you’re breastfeeding or not.The reusable hot/cold pads are of a very high quality made from durable and comfortable materials. They’re easy to use, just pop in the freezer or a quick blast in the microwave depending on whether you want hot or cold relief.For the price they’re very good value and should last for a quite a while.

Got these with the intention of using them during breastfeeding with my baby (due September) the packaging is great, very easy to follow instructions of how to use. I imagine these will offer a lot of comfort and support during post partum and look forward to using them. A friend of mine has used the same ones and said theyre a must have in postpartum, and offer relief with feeding.

I might have a faulty product because my experience does not match the reviews.Nipple would not stick.Was not soothing at all. Granted, can’t fault the company for that.To me, instructions were not clear. Does not take into account different breast shapes or sizes.Not a good product in my opinion.

Item received in good condition in a nice branded bag.My partner used these after we had our twins and they worked very well for her to provide not only relief from soreness but also to help stimulate flow using the warm option.They are super easy to use, either microwave for heat or fridge/freezer for the cold option.They are well made and comfy to wear on your breast and around the nipple.My partner also uses them around the time of her periods as this always gives her sore/tender breasts and these help with that too.

Product information provided is very clear on how to use and packaging makes clear on how and when to use. Product feels of a strong quality with easy to use instructions.

Should of purchased sooner in my breastfeeding journey. Dealing with mastitis for a month this product was life changing! Highly recommended

I didn't think I needed these until I got them. They are so soothing, whichever I'm using. I didn't realize I was getting so sore with all the pumping, and just simply placing the heated pad on me gave instant comfort. They are so easy to use, you can't mess up, and they are mess free.

These are great hot and cold packs. They work as they should and I would recommend them.

This kit doesn't come with a ton of frills, but hey, sometimes that's all you need. The hot and cold therapy packs are easy to identify (red for hot, blue for cold), and the nipple pads are individually wrapped for kebersihan (hygiene) which is always a plus. They also stay put really well!

Doesn’t stay cold for more than 5 min of use. I leave it in the frizer to see if it stay cold, but I doesn’t.
