Worked great!
Had a cyst on my elbow drained. Had to have compression on it for 2 weeks. This sleeve was just what the Dr. Ordered. It was tight enough to keep compression but not so tight to cut off circulation. Liked the length of it. I have long arms and it worked well to cover my whole arm.

Comfortable
I really like this elbow sleeve because it’s comfortable, not too long and has no straps or bright colors. Just what I wanted. My arm is a little bit smaller than the measurements but the small fits perfectly and snugly.

Product sizing might not be as accurate
I measured my arm carefully to get the right product size (small) but it was still too uncomfortably tight on me. I had to stretch our the sleeve for a couple of days for it to fit right but after a while it just goes back to it's original size. So the good news is this product doesn't stretch out even after prolonged use but you need to make sure that you get the right size and fit from the start. For the quality, I would say it's just ok because I have others that are of better quality but those do cost a lot more.

Lightweight Brace with Good Compression
This elbow brace is much more lightweight than I thought it would be – nothing like the clunky, heavy, white elastic braces I’ve used before. It’s still plenty firm to support your joint. It’s sewn well and the elastic even has a little “pocket” knitted in to accommodate the point of your elbow. It fits well, but if anything might run a little bit small. It just depends on the amount of compression you want. It’s nice to have an extra bit of support when doing yard work or lifting things and this brace works great for that.

Good compression, but feels tight on my arm. I suggest you order up a size.
Before ordering, I measured my elbow and it was 10 1/4”, which is kind of between small and medium. I didn't want it to be loose, so I ordered the small size. That may have been a mistake. It feels very tight on my arm. I wanted good compression, but this feels pretty uncomfortable. It was very difficult to get onto my arm, since it was so tight. I struggled for a minute or so, working it up my arm to get it to my elbow. When I was wearing it, my arm felt kind of tingly, like the circulation was not good. After wearing for about 30 minutes, it left red marks on my arm (see photos). I suggest that if you have any question about what size to get, order up a size. Now, all that being said, it feels like good quality. Stitching is good. Even after all that struggling, the stitching stayed in place. I think it would help with my periodic elbow pain, but I just need a size bigger. I added some photos of my arm measurements, so you can compare before ordering one for yourself.

My favorite elbow brace
I have an extremely painful elbow condition so I've tried several styles of braces. This compression sleeve provides the best overall support for me with the least motion restriction. It basically hugs all the way around my elbow, helping the entire area. It is easy to slide on, very durable and of high quality. I am a petite person and I ordered size Small, but even I find the fit to be somewhat snug. While that snugness provides comfort when I initially put the brace on, after wearing it for a few hours, it also feels good to take it off. I recommend buying this brace, being sure to order your proper size. It is the simplest style that I've used and the most effective.

Slips a bit but mostly usable. Sizes run pretty small.
It's very stretchy, which is good, and it's easy to get it into the right place on your arm, which is great. It slips over time but not much. It's one of the better sleeves I've tried. I ultimately decided I don't like these sleeves as much as wraps, though. Wraps are easier to get on and easier to take off. Overall, good purchase if it's what you're after, but aim for a size larger than you normally would.
