2 massagers included in the pack. Both were very well made. Apparently handmade. Good quality workmanship. Handle measures about 10 inches and ball around 3 inches in diameter. Ball is filled with mugworts, cassia seeds, etc (see product description). How much those natural ingredients contribute to better health when you massage yourself with it I don't know. It is used like a hammer. Hit yourself with it on the parts you need massaged. Feels like if you went to a massage parlor and masseuse giving you a Swedish tapping massage. Comfortable to use. Quite effective actually. Felt relieved after hitting myself for a while.Not too bad for a simple massage device. Looks nice and unique too. Gave me some relief for my tight muscles. Will recommend.

Love these hammers. They are soft, well made and just perfect for my needs. The weight of the head balances out with the length of the handle. That makes it easy to operate on the neck and back area without much effort. The taps are hard enough to work with very little stress on the wrist. I have also used it on my head during a migraine and it was soft and worked exactly as expected. The head does have a mild herbal dry fragrance but its quite mild. 5 Stars!
