I had such a hard time finding a replacement piece for my orbital sander years ago when I first had a problem with this piece that I had to stop using it. Someone suggested I start searching online for what I needed and I found this one. It's the perfect replacement, it fits exactly and works just as it should. It's hook and loop (velcro-type) so it's great for easy on and off of all the different types of sanding pads or buffing pads I might want to use. My orbital sander got quite a workout last year and I wanted to add a final finish sanding to my new wide oak floors before I stained them. So happy I bought it.

Perfect replacement.
Excellent fit for a Milwaukee orbital sander. I've had to replace mine a few times after the Velcro gets too hot and melts. I should probably stop lending it out.
