I was looking for a weight loss coffee like on TikTok to go with my lemon. And I think I found it. This coffee has help with my bloating and I have lost sum weight also. And the taste is amazing I highly recommend this coffee if you trying to lose a few pounds or for the taste.

I have gained three pounds, but I don't know that it is from the coffee. I have ordered a total of 6 bags now. I drink it several time a day. Perhaps I would have gained more if I hadn't had the drink to fill me. It doesn't make me jittery and I think it is yummy. Sometimes I drink it just in hot water and other times I add it to a cup of brewed coffee. It has nutritional products in it, so it shouldn't be bad for me. I wish I could read it, everything is in Thia, so I don't know what the nutrion or instructions actually are. I like the flavor, so I do plan to continue to use it.

First:This coffee does not taste like coffee at all. It tastes like some sort of hot cocoa but it only has 19 calories a pack.I was hungry and was considering the wait for breakfast would be too long. I made a cup to be honest (two cups since it's 16 oz mug) of 21 coffee less than halfway through the coffee mug I noticed my food cravings and hunger pangs decreased and ceased completely. It was 7:00 am and I was wondering how I would be able to wait until 9:00 to have breakfast - it's clearly an appetite suppressant.So, a lot of people are saying, I don't see how this could work, I do! If you decrease your calories you lose weight. This coffee is an appetite suppressant so you are likely to not be as hungry. What you do with your food choices is entirely up to you.

I had purchased a similar product from Naturegift at a local Asian store. I couldn't find the product in my local store. I found this on Amazon. I work nights and add this to my coffee when I an extra kick. The flavor is good. I wanted the vitamins and minerals in this. This is similar to drinking the cans of monster beverages, but a much better flavor. I recently noticed this product is no longer available through Amazon. Guess I'll have to start my search all over again.

This tastes amazing!!! I don't know what it's supposed to do for you though, so I'm not sure if it's working correctly? But I drink it in the morning with breakfast and it helps jumpstart my day. An easy and quick cup if coffee! Shipping was also surprisingly fast! Will be ordering more.

Pros: Ok taste. Works nicely when discipline is applied. Nice go2 over regular coffee. I want more.Cons: Will make you use the bathroom as it is cleaning you out, but not discomforting. Delivery time could have been better and price is So so.I will be buying more. If you have a program you are on and don’t have an issue with sticking to a plan, then you should give this product a try. Miracles won’t happen over night so be patient.
