Gold/Grey Bea Velvet with Nail head Trim Tone Metal Club Chair

I really like this chair. It's very visibly pleasing. The velvet material is nice and soft. The pin trim is well secured and looks good. For being very firm, it's still comfy. Only thing I thought was odd was the amount of bolts and screws it came with to mount the feet but only had one predrilled hole per foot to mount. The one hole was enough to safely secure the feet though. Overall, well built and a great chair.

This tufted sofa fit was great looking but ultimately was built defectively, as you could hear suspension system coils "ting" every time you sat down or got up. This review is more about the terrible customer service from both LuxBedding and Amazon for the a.z. guarantee. The seller never responded to multiple direct emails, so I had amazon intervene for every step of a 4 month+ return process. I am still owed return shipping which I had to pay out of pocket on which accordingly to return policy is a seller expense. Amazon continued to refer me back to seller and to wait. They denied my a.z. guarantee claim and appeal originally. I had to call credit card company and legal office for advice, as due to timeline and denials it appeared private seller and amazon were not going refund a sofa that was actually shipped back via Fedex Freight. I would not trust large purchases for third party amazon seller or amazon services for honoring returns or work with you on customer service issues.

The media could not be loaded. Beautiful gold tone sofa. It is so elegant. Not snuggle in soft comfortable but it’s a sturdy beautiful well made sofa that we enjoy looking at and sitting on. If you want something unique and original this is it.

Couch looks really good - but we are missing all the hardware to attach the feet to the couch.

They feel so soft. They are sturdy as well. My husband that is over 6 feet sits very comfortable.They said I was not going to get them until July. I received them far before than.THANK YOU

I love the color which is what I wanted but I do not like the height, It is tooooooooooooo short. I would like to return it but I threw away the box that it came in and would have to pay for the return. Also the warranty that I requested was never received, so I have a new couch with no warranty!!

Chair looked great but we have used it less than a month and a button has sunk in and left a gaping hole in the chair. Not good quality, and of course too late to return.
