Get Peace-of-mind for old toilets leaking!
I used this Korky Toilet repair kit to quickly and easily replace the innards of four different older toilets which started leaking. The kit replaces all the gaskets and seals and I expect these fixes to last through the 10year warranty period. Why this brand/configuration?1. Very good instructions and minimal tools needed.2. Worked on four different toilet brands.3. Minimal adjustments needed: Adjust fill level. Factory settings work for everything else.4. Korky Flapper performs a good solid flush (no weak flush).5. 2inch Gasket sealing Tank to Bowl installs easily and securely.6. Replaces all the wear-prone and leak-prone components expect for the Flush Lever/Handle. Toilets older than 10-15 years tend to have Gasket and Seal leaks.7. Quiet operation.Tips and Tricks:1. Older toilets may have the older-style multi-turn shutoff valves. These are leak-prone and may no longer completely close. They should be replaced along with the fill line. Replacing the valve requires shutting off the main water line. Also, some valves have a compression fitting connection to a copper water pipe. The old compression fitting and nut may not make a leak-free seal to the replacement valve and may be difficult to remove and replace. A work-around is to add a 1/4turn inline valve to the fill line (See Photo).2. Use cannister-type wet vac to remove residual water from the toilet tank.3. Consider upgrading any toilet older than 10-15 years to minimize leak risks.

Works great.
Easy to install and extremely reliable as my older one lasted well over 15 years. When you do need maintenance parts, they are easy to find and install. The new models are built exactly like the older ones.Great value.

Great instructions.
Very well thought out product starting with packaging. You don't need tooling to get package open. A slight tug and your in businessThis is a Made in America product. The instructions aren't translated from an overseas language. The steps are clearly writen and not even a little confusing.Hardest part of install is getting old assy out.Once you get passed that, install complete in an hour.If the instructions are read and followed, both you and the product will succeed.

My house is eerily silent since installing
I had not realized that the noise from the toilets was like non stop white noise. Since installing, when I don’t have music playing, my house is much more quiet. A profound change.

Piece of garbage
Completely terrible system. The bolts and rubber gaskets that are supposed to keep the tank to the base of the toilet are complete garbage. Spent over an hour trying to get it level and sealed and water keeps dripping.Just went out and got a new replacement and it worked perfectly. Do not waste your money on this piece of garbage

Terrible tank bolts and gaskets, leaks water from tank
The bolts and rubber gaskets supplied in this kit simply do not work. We tightened them and made sure the tank was level and still one or two of bolts would leak water on the floor. It was maddening, and there was a big gap between the tank and bowl but we could not tighten the tank bolts anymore. After about an hour of trying to get them to work I went to a hardware store and bought some thicker plastic tank bolts with flexible rubber gaskets. Voila! No more leaks! The rest of the kit worked great but I wouldn’t recommend it due to the bad tank bolts. Also there’s no flush lever. I had to purchase one.

It was an easy install. A friend did it for me so I'm guessing by the time it took, it was easy. Lol
