Works great
Works great. The sensors catch everything, the infra-red works well, picture quality is high with sound too. Every setting you need, user friendly. A rugged unit, well designed. The off-on switch is a bit hard to work outdoors in the cold, and the SD card is way too tiny, so don't drop it in the snow if you swap cards outdoors! Otherwise, it is a very good outdoor "wildlife cam."

Average pic quality
Picture was OK at best but wasn’t as good as a Bushnell camera I have that is 10 years old I guess I’m hoping for at least as good as I got

Great product!
Easy to set up. Thanks to a previous review I knew to purchase a 32G Micro card for this camera so I was set up and ready to go day 1. Make sure you have eight AA batteries as well. It comes with a strap to install the camera, but I just used a small camera tripod and set it where I needed it. I had to reach out to customer service with one question about set up and they responded quickly. I was having a problem with my birdseed missing from the feeder overnight so I set up the camera to see what was happening overnight. Video shows a 8 point buck licking the seeds out of the holds - the bird feeder is squirrel proof, but not deer proof! Now I have to bring in the feeder at night.

No Company IDs; Error in guiders; lacking needed cautions
Camera seems to work fine, tho I had to "trial and error" a few times to get the sequence of operations firm. The so-called "quick" guides could have been more detailed is some areas. Neither guide shows BTbrutek as the company, brand, or manufacturer. Strange, indeed, that BTbrutek would prefer to not show the name.....further more the name BTbrutek shows on the camera ONLY on lower area of the inside panel. Why not on the front panel?? Makes a potential buyer a little dubious as to why name concealment and/or missing is "obvious". The "folded" 14 page Quick User Guide depicts an error: Section 1.2 "Inserting the batteries" refers to section 6.1. THERE IS NO SECTION 6.1. Niether folded guide nor manual guide indicate the front panel infrared cover, the lens, the sensors and inside panel display screen are covered with a thin plastic film. Furthermore, there is no indication that the film should be removed. It would seem appropriate for removal advise be noted in guides. The center sensor on my camera did not have a film cover, and I inadvertently SCRATCHED the sensor attempting removal of the film that was not there!! The battery compartment cover has a flimsy plastic lock tab. The tab BROKE OFF during the second opening. A cheap, poor design for a $100 priced camera. A USB cable, video/audio cable, and a nice wall mounting bracket are provided. For the $100 pricer tag, an external 6V DC power source could have been included as is the case with most all products using a DC power source. Company address is NO WHERE TO BE FOUND!! Not on/or in shipping box, guides, nor camera. The warranty section of the User Guide states: "In the event warranty service is needed, please contact us". HOW???

Quit working after a while, but got it back to working but haven't used in it in several weeks.
Not simple enough, I think. I need to know IF I have something set. Wasn't easy to get into the menu to reset something. It seems I had to take the batteries out and wait a couple of days to reset anything. I don't understand why these cameras have to be so hard to use. BUT maybe I am just too stupid to use them??? Anyway, until I see some definite change in being about to use them I will not buy another one.

Great Camera Oustanding Customer Service
Camera performance:I have purchase several Moultrie Trail cameras since they started business but I wanted to try something different this time so I purchase the BYbrutek TC camera to serve as a backup for my Moultrie M50 Camera. I experimented by positioning them side by side and duplicating the settings. The next day I retrieved the memory cards and while reviewing them I notice to my surprise that the BYbrutek TC had taken approximately 20 more pictures than the Moultrie camera even do the settings were identical. The picture quality was even between bout cameras. Needless to say Moultrie M50 is now the backup to my BYbrutek TCBYbrutek TC Customer Support:While replacing the memory card I accidentally touched one of the sensors so I try to wipe clean with a lens cloth and as a result it became foggy. I send an email customer service and got a response the next day asking me to send them pictures of the issue which they solved the day after. In my several years of experience dealing with trail cameras manufacturers I have never had such a prompt and positive result. They stand behind their brand.Next camera wI purchase it will be a BYbrutek.

Works like a charm!
Excellent performance from the camera. The included mount (to hang this on a wall with screws) is pretty weak and will need either tweaking or replacement. It doesn't matter - everything else works like a charm. Sensitivity to motion can be set higher or lower. Excellent videos and very good night videos. The micro SD card is a little fiddly but at the end of the day it is a really neat package - I would buy it again.

First Trail Camera
I have extensive experience with IR camera systems and visible cameras used in the industry. I have multiple home security cameras in use currently, but wanted a trail camera for scouting out the area I plan to bow hunt. This camera appears to meet the requirements without costing a fortune.I will update this review once I have captured a few weeks of pictures. Preliminary photos and video taken at my home appear quite good and the setup and operations is very simple.
