Has many useful features, but lacks finesse
This robot cleaner seemingly ticks all the boxes, but lacks the finesse. We have had ours for around two months now. This is our third robot cleaner - we have upgraded from its previous model without the middle brush. But I must admit, even with the roller brush it's not doing a much better job than its predecessor. It has drop sense (which worked perfectly on previous model), but this one always gets caught out by the stairs - it does not fall, but gets stuck with its wheel hanging off the edge until rescued. It is quite powerful, enough to get itself on top of the fireplace slab, but then gets stuck coming off it, again - with its wheel up in the air, to the point that I kind of prefer it could not navigate to high places in the first place. For the same reason it has a major problem with our rug, which is short pile but quite thick. The robot can only navigate on top of it at 45 degree angle, which means it does not spend as much time cleaning it as I would like. It does not like narrow or oddly shaped spaces and struggles to navigate out of them. To be fair, our living room is very oddly shaped and highly uneven so it would probably be the worst case scenario for a robot vacuum, but its 4-letter competitors (Deik and Eufy, if you must know) performed better on rought terrain. I did a somewhat unplanned like-for-like comparison test with some compost scattered on a short-pile carpet on this robot, its predecessor and Deik, and Deik beat both hands down. The other two performed equally poorly just kicking dirt about without cleaning it up. For me this is a big issue with Eventors - they seem to lack suction, which renders them just really expensive sweepers. Saying this, when used regularly, they do pick up a lot of fluff and dust in the course of a night and certainly keep the place tidier. I still have not figured out how to schedule it though - which is a bummer. All in all, it's a good entry-level robot vaccum and I can see it is now reduced making it more affordable. This one will certainly perform better on an even surface in a regular-shaped room without too many obsctacles, possibly a larger one - as the charge seems to last a fair while.

Sorry, still need to use the upright vacuum
Sorry, but I am really dissatisfied with this, the hand control does not 'cleaning cycle type' and 'home' buttons do not control the robot, sometimes, it will wander aimlessly around without sucking anything up then it will work for 60 seconds before telling me E-17 the suction is blocked although there is nothing in it? I have left it alone for a day and gone back to try again, but have yet to see it clean a whole room.

Pet owner - excellent purchase!
Excellent product, great purchase. Exceeded my expectations and is exactly what we needed. We have hard floors, two cats and a dog, so lots of loose hair floating on the surface. I put it on before I leave for the day and come home to clean floor and the cleaner back on it’s base charging - one less thing to think about.

Very well working with me
Received on time, for working very well. Saves back & energy. I think in this amount of money, the work it is doing deserves 5star.

It isn't perfect, but does a reasonable job on our carpet
It isn't perfect, but does a reasonable job on our carpet, but a better job on the laminate flooring. It even copes with our cats fur which is the main issue on the carpet.

Only just OK
OK, though vacuum power not brilliant. Programming is fairly simple but the device supplied to control the boundary of the devices range doesn’t seem to be very good at all.

Battery issues not working anymore
Stopped working today as battery seems to be dead. Does not do any cleaning as always says battery charging required but it's already 100% so something surely wrong with the product. Disappointed overall.
