Quality Sound System
Recently had to buy a new tv and the sound was pretty poor and tinny sounding so looked into some sound bars to help. This sound system is exactly what I needed as the the sound bar alone is a massive improvement on the TV speakers and whenever I want more bass I just plug the sub in and can adjust settings with the remote. The HDMI Arc works fine, just plugged in and tv did the rest so they turn on/off together.Overall a great quality system that has a good range of sound.

Cheap, cheerful, punchy: A good price for great sound.
I bought this unit to replace one from another brand that had a strange issue where it would switch to a rogue Bluetooth source for no good reason. It was very disruptive to TV viewing or Xbox gaming for obvious reasons. This soundbar really does pack a punch. I didn't want to buy something with the same spec as my two-year-old system (120W) so I looked for something with more power, and found this 180W system. The sound from the sub fills the room, and even the soundbar itself doesn't have terrible speakers, for the size and the price. I can definitely recommend this unit.1. Very sensibly, it doesn't have unnecessary touch-buttons as so many things do these days. If you go near some soundbars (including my old one) and knock it, you're bound to turn it up very loud at 3 in the morning, change source, turn it off or do something equally irritating. This has very nice and hard-to-press rubber buttons making it ideal for blind users such as myself, and hard for small children to press, so your sound stays as *you* left it, and no nasty surprises.2. Ridiculously easy to set up. I connected it all using an optical cable in just a few minutes, no instructions required. Being blind, I couldn't have read them even if I'd have wanted to.3. Minimal remote-control. Flat, so mind you don't scoot it under the sofa perhaps, but aside from that, very sensible. Conclusion: Buy it. Even though there are hardly any reviews for this product at the time of writing, on any site whatsoever, buy it. If you're in the market for a cheap soundbar and good sound, this one will do right by you. I have it connected to a 50-inch Samsung TV and if you know Samsungs, they have that curved TV stand underneath, so I rested the bar in the middle of it, and my kids say it looks cool so it must be alright. My only problem so far is that I cannot get my SkyQ touch-remote to control it using the volume buttons, because it's not a recognized model in Sky's database of products, and I can't find the code to enter into the remote to make it happen manually.Still, a 5-star rating, because it's easy enough to use it's own remote for the one thing.

You get what you pay for
Easy to set up and fix to the wallBar unit is solid enough and feels good quality. Bass box is a bit light and is not powered (the amp is in the bar and a gold speaker cable runs from the bar to the bass box).Remote control is not very large and not very substantial, and feels like it will break if dropped.Bluetooth connection established easily with phone. Can connect to the TV via HDMI or via line in cableSound quality is ok but can be a bit boomy (so care needed with bass box placement). Not that loud but ok for me as it's going in a very small room. Although it says 180watts on the box the actual RMS power of the bar and bass box are 30w each. So the 180w claim is probably peak power

Great soundbar if you’re into bass
It’s a good sound bar but it reflects its price. It doesn’t have any of the Dolby atmos tricks that others seem to have, but if you’re looking for something to make your tv sound better, then this will do the job. Before I bought this, I tried the Sony, Denon and Samsung but none of these wireless sub woofers were loud enough. Don’t get me wrong, I wasn’t trying to start a rave, but when watching movies they were all so poor. Just a faint rumbling from the sub. This one is cheap and cheerful but ready to go as soon as you use the hdmi or optical connections. My only criticism of this sound bar is that it only has three presets to choose from when watching tv or streaming movies. News, Music and Movies. You don’t have a visual on what the bass or treble levels are on the bar itself, so it can be difficult to know how much bass or treble has been applied…but I guess at the very least, you have the option to change these. The most annoying thing about the bar is that if you have the perfect settings for a movie, if you cycle through presets to another setting, such as Music, it will forget your original settings for Movies or News. There is no way to save the bass and treble settings for a custom setting. That said, I’d still recommend this sound bar, it’s not amazing but does exactly what you’ll need it to

Excellent value, perfect if you don't need max volume
At £100, I'll probably end up with a second one of these.I've had it for a month now and use it on max volume in my home gym (garage with bad acoustics) multiple times per week for hours at a time.It does struggle at max volume. The quality of the bass starts to degrade a bit but it never sounds tinny.I've got it in the kitchen now for cooking and it's perfect. It sounds much fuller than e.g. a Google assistant or a typical portable Bluetooth speaker. Now that I'm not using it at full volume it's doing its job perfectly. This would be great for general music listening, a home office, etc. Even for a party where you want to be able to chat, like a bbq or sitting in the garden. The only time it's not ideal is if you want surround sound for the TV (note Netflix doesn't offer 5.1 surround sound unless you use their most expensive plan), or if you're like me and want to play music at volumes that would surely get you an ASBO.For context, this is a 180W soundbar and my usual system is 1000W.Highly recommend!

Good value
A good value system. I use it with a projector. The sound is ok, not the loudest so a bit disappointed with that. However, for the money it is acceptable.
