the rug is beautiful, we just can't get the ridges out, even after turning our large, heavy coffee table over on it.

I just received this rug in the smallest size, 2' x 3', and am awaiting delivery of an 8' x 10'. I sure hope the big one looks better than the small one. The description mentions a "distressed Moroccan pattern," and the pictures look nice. Mine, however, has almost no discernible pattern at all and looks more like a scrap that someone spilled a painter's pallet on; mostly off-white on one end and mostly blue on the other end.I may add pics if it ever flattens out enough for me to put it into use, and the odds of that don't look good, as the backing is very stiff and seems to be permanently creased (UPDATE - a few days later it is flat, aside from one corner that is a bit curled.) I'm not sure it will be worth the hassle of repackaging and shipping for a twelve-dollar refund, but no one should accept a product like this from any seller or manufacturer. The quality of the materials doesn't seem bad, though it does remind me of an indoor/outdoor patio rug, which it is not. I'll try running a vacuum cleaner over it to raise the nap, and maybe hit it quickly with a steamer to see if it will flatten out, but the initial impressions are not good. Perhaps I got wait I paid for, but not what I expected.EDIT: Can't leave a separate review for the second rug even though the size is different, so I'll add this here. The 8'x10' rug was delivered today and it looks much nicer than the little one. After a few hours it is lying nearly flat, and I think it will be fine in a couple days. The design is nice, though the colors don't quite look the same as the pictures - lighter and less beige than I hoped, while the blues are a little darker. I see some aqua and royal blue, and some areas are more of a navy blue - no teal, so I'm happy - didn't want any green hues. The design looks more pixelated than truly "distressed," but I like it and will definitely keep it. Ran a vacuum over it once to pull up the nap a bit, since it came very tightly rolled (not folded, fortunately!), and the feel is nice. GOOD RUG for the price, no doubt.I initially gave the small rug 2 stars, but I'm upgrading the review to 4 because the big rug is much better, 4 or 4.5 on its own.

As you can see from the product photos it has shading variations from light to dark. Exactly as you see it is exactly as it comes! I was surprised to see the darker sections of the design vibrantly dark and not a washed out dark color - really nice! Absolutely love it! I have seen a few prior questions on if there is grey in the rug. No there is no grey but the very pale slate blue shaded sections do lend itself to having a grey look. It does go nicely with grayish tones in the home.The packaging was superb! Flat plastic on top then rolled into the rug with another layer of plastic completely around it, rounded cardboard endcaps at each end of the roll to protect it and yet another layer of plastic around all of that. I am well pleased with this item all around!- Just a delivery note- For the delivery option I chose to have it shipped in Amazon packaging so it does not reveal what is inside. I’m glad that I did because my delivery driver left it outside of my porch instead of inside the porch as all the other drivers do. It came in a huge rectangle box leaned upright which could be very tempting to passersby if you are not at home to take it in when they deliver it.

The carpet has a short pile, but it’s very soft. We unwrapped it the day before the photos and the bumps and creases from the packaging are almost totally gone. The colors of the carpet match my decor. For thé discussions on the colors: The « lighter blue » in the carpet is exactly the one on the wall. The «brown » is as in my TV stand and the « beige » as in the coffee table. We like the carpet very much.

Love the carpet. Color is perfect and near what the pic shows... But they rolled it up so tight and must have been smashed where it was stored because I am unable to completely flatten it out. it didn't rule out smoothly when we opened it instead of bumped along because of the area's where it was dented in either in storage or Transit I don't know. I have tried everything to try and get this thing to flatten out including rolling it inside out basically or the opposite way and left it that way for overnight and then roll it back out hoping it would work. That only caused the edges to want to bend up.... Which those were flat when I unrolled it upon receiving it. we let it sit out for an entire day and an entire night with cans and every single thing we could find around the house that was heavy to include weights to try and flatten out the parts that wouldn't flatten. Still is not flat and has been on my floor for a week now. I'm hoping maybe with cleaning it with a carpet cleaner maybe then it will force it to go flat. that is absolutely the only thing wrong with this carpet. I guess this thing was in storage for years I don't know.... But it was not stored right.

Delivery on this rug was on time and as promised! The colors in the rug seem very true to pictures online and really bring the colors together in my living room. When the rug arrived it had a few kinks and ripples in it that had been "cured" in. After they had not flattened out after a couple of days, I put a wet towel on the ripples on the underside of the rug and ironed them with a steam iron. It was a bit tedious, but it worked with no adverse effects. Also, the rug arrived with that new rug smell - very strong chemical smell. Again, when it didn't correct within a couple of days, I sprinkled baking soda all over it and let it set for 24 hours. The next day, I put a fan in the doorway to draw air outside and vacuumed the baking soda. Problem solved. I'll admit all this was more time consuming than I had expected, but now my family is very happy with this rug.

The color of the area rug I received was totally different than picture in the listing. The one I received was mainly ivory colored with a very small amount of maroon. The center of the rug pattern was mainly blue. Although the pattern on the rug was the same it was like I received the wrong area rug. I know the colors shown on the computer monitor can be a little off but not as much as this was. One edge of the rug and the plastic it was wrapped were damaged. It looked as if it had been chewed by mice or something. The edging was chewed right through and pieces were falling off but the box it was shipped in was not damaged. No issues with return.

Quite enjoy this rug. It's a great size and a good value.The pattern is a bit pixelated and isn't very clear while up close but it's nice still.There is, however, a band that runs horizontally across the carpet that is harder than the rest. It's about 4" wide and it feels stiffer. Almost like when glue gets spilled on carpet, but not that obvious. It's a little thing and not immediately noticeable. In fact I don't think it particularly affects the enjoyment of the rug, but it is an observation.Would recommend.

This carpet is absolutely stunning. It brings an entirely different vibe to our living room space in comparison to the area rug we had before. The pile is very short but the rug itself is soft and not coarse. The design is certainly more prominent in actuality but beautiful nonetheless. I would however disagree with the description of this carpet as teal. I would say the rug I purchased has more deeper blue like navy as well as blue-greys and also lots of cream, taupe and brown. Depending on where you stand you can see different shades. It is as if the rug accommodates itself to different lighting depending on the day. Absolutely beautiful and very happy with my purchase.

The carpet was good value for the money but the color wasn't at all what was shown in the picture. It looks like a teal color in the advertisement when in fact it was a baby blue with navy and beige. Nothing wrong with the carpet itself though.

This rug is a pretty good deal for the price. Note that the picture on he add shows a turquoise blue colour but in reality it is BLUE. That was disappointing for me as I love turquoise, but it is still a nice rug. Hoping that all these awful creasesfrom the shipping go away quickly.
