This tool rack is easy to put up and the hooks are very solid and sturdy, so much better to hang stuff on instead of the nails that were put in probably forty years ago. Since I don’t own a power drill, I had to wait for a holiday to hijack some of my relatives to help install it (I forewarned them to bring a drill) and it probably took twenty minutes. They found the studs in the wall and planned the placement from there. It came with drywall anchors that we did not use. We did not screw in the hooks so that I can move them around, they can be permanently screwed in for more stability. However, when you tighten the hooks, that is plenty stable for what I’m using it for. Right now I hung up the snow shovels, but shortly I’ll be putting them in the shed and bringing out my summer tools. A very neat organizer for my garage. It makes everything look so much tidier.

This rack has three base wall plates. Most users will attach all three in alignment to provide one long continuous storage rack. However, it is also possible to mount 1 or two plates separately. Or another set of plates could be attached to provide an extra long rack (of course another set would have to be ordered). The hooks hang securely and can be slid into different positions and are rubber coated. This all provides a plethora of storage possibilities. There are two things to keep in mind though. The hooks do protrude out quite a way. This is good for hanging multiple items but it also means that the rack must be mounted in an area where it doesn't interfere. Also the knobs on the rack protrude out somewhat which limits any hanging item from laying completely flat to the rack. Both of these concerns are very minor though. Overall, this is a strong rack that is very versatile, easy to install and assemble. The construction seems to be of good quality and I recommend this product.

What’s not to like?! These racks are super-useful. I finally have a place for my yard tools, with room to spare for household items like brooms and mops. This rack is highly configurable, easy to install, sturdy—no worries about anything falling, and wonderfully helpful.

Very similar to some of the stuff you can get at the big box stores. You get three 16" sections and 6 hooks. I have only mounted one 16" so far, but it came in super handy to hang up some car washing supplies. I like the fact you get three smaller sections so you can use it where it fits best as opposed to finding a 4' section of wall that is clear. My only complaint is you have to snug the hooks up pretty tight or they move side to side pretty easily.

The kit includes everything you need (ie. mounting plate, hangers, and wall screws) to clear the cutter and install on your wall. Installation was straightforward and easy -- whether you're screwing onto a wall stud or using drywall anchors. Once the base plates are installed, the hangers easily and firmly clip in. Note that while other kits provide one or two short wall plates, this kit includes three 16" plates so you get a total span of 48-in! That length gives you a lot more room to space out the hangers and mount larger tools (eg shovels) that would otherwise make your tool rack cramped. In the end, I could've kept my indvl hooks, which were ok, but they were limited in capacity and also looked more clutter. This tool rack cleaned things up while adding the flexiblity to expand, adjust and reconfigure what you're storing as your needs change.

This garden tool rack is outstanding. The hooks themselves are extremely deep and allow me to hang multiple tools on one hook, optimizing my space. The entire unit is well made and has held up well to the constant movement of tools it stores. It holds several items per hook, so you can organize by shovels, rakes, garden tools, etc. and still have hooks to spare. I chose to put this inside my shed and attach it to the wooden studs, it was easy to hang. I intially thought this was one long rack, but it is actually 3 pieces and was more customizable than i thought. The hooks easily slide, allowing even more ways to store items. This product really helped my household get items off the floor/leaning against the walls of our garage and onto easily accessible wall space. I have been very pleased with the ease of assembly and the versatility of this item!

I like that the pieces that hold the tools are moveable. I am able to determine where I want each hook placement based on size rather than working around other tools. The bar is sturdy when following instructions on installation and makes cleaning and organizing the garage a bit easier. I like that this model makes organizing an option on where to put things. It also holds a tremendous amount of weight so I don’t have to worry about overloading it with multiple items.
