This isn't very good. The printing is poor, the author doesn't really explain themselves, and it doesn't show where it gets its data from. That last one is really, really important when publishing a true dictionary. My advice to anyone interested in this language is to get the dictionary published by the Dzongkha Development Commission, which is freely available for download from themselves. Of course, nothing substitutes a physical book, at least for me, but it is much more academically sound than one of these.
