Ok, so maybe it didn't "save" any lives, but it definitely improved some! The user interface isn't great and the install is cumbersome, but when it's up and running, this thing has a bright light, decent video quality and that great little tool on the end that helps scoop out the gunk in your orifices. I don't know what all you're supposed to use this for, but in my ears, I was able to de-crud my waxy earholes and my father-in-law (after disinfecting it) actually was able to hear so much better after cleaning his out. I'd recommend this one even though there are ones out there that are much more expensive touting better quality. This one does the job.

Wouldn't work with my phone. I dl the app just like it said. Never could get it to work. I even tried it on my daughter's phone and my friend's phone still no luck. I don't have a computer to try to use it on so I don't have any use for it it does not work.
