Great choice of B complex
I like that this Vitamin B-Complex is Plant-Based with the Full Spectrum of B Vitamins. I have been taking these for months and have seen an improvement in energy and just overall feeling better. They gelcaps are easy to swallow and they have a rich minty smell.

Good and clean
I've become a big fan of Sports Research over the last year. The B complex formula is really good. I feel more energetic since using it. I take it with their D3 K2 supplement to start my day.

It really works, and doesn't overdose
Most B complex mixes have vastly excessive amounts of one or more B vitamins. Unless you have a specific diagnosed condition that requires a huge dose, there's no need for so much; and I and my oncologist agree that more isn't necessarily better, even of water-soluble vitamins. This B complex has a balanced, 5X RDA of everything. Not too much, just enough to make up for possible marginal deficiencies.Well, I must have been short of one of the B vitamins because I did notice improved energy and motivation with this complex.

Energy Game Changer!
Great for energy and focus, I didn’t seem to notice a taste as some have mentioned. I do think these have also helped with sleep. I had an injury that healed quicker since starting this b complex, overall too many benefits to list. Are there any SR products that aren’t game changers?I believe in this company and when in need of supplements, I always check SR first.
