Don’t let the price tag fool you, this thing is a beast. For a small compact grinder it works wonders. Stuffing was cumbersome but so impressed with the grinder I still gave it 5 stars.

I bought this for my daughter who was complaining about the cost of ground chicken ($6.00 or more per pound) so I bought this for here to grind her $1.00 per pound chicken breasts; she said it worked awesome. No regrets with this purchase.

So, this just arrived today. First, I like the housing. I think it's far better than the housing on the KitchenAid original which I've had two, one ten years ago the second I bought last year, and both are cracked in a couple places. But I don't like the fact that the graters have a plastic base attached to a metal "shredder". I fear that it won't last as long as they could, but I'll wait and see on that. However, I didn't exclusively buy it for that hence the better rating. Second, the metal grinding plates aren't a snug fit like the KitchenAid plates. The KitchenAid, plates both the grinding plates and the pasta plates, and the "feeder corkscrew" don't fit this brand housing. So, if this is a motivation for you this would not be a good idea. When I ran this on the KitchenAid it all seemed to work. One kind of complaint is that it is a little difficult to separate the "corkscrew" so I have to tap it on the countertop.I'm pretty sure this will last a while. It would make my day if I could find some pasta plates for it (because for now I'll have to repair the KitchenAid with a little filler so I can use them) KitchenAidPS I used the shredder today to make hashbrowns and its not very sharp. The potatoes were hard to work through the shredder. Also, the pusher shown in the picture is curved on the bottom but the one that came is straight on the bottom so there is quite a wedge that cannot be used because there's no pressure on the vegetable. I also used the slicer on a potato, and I didn't have any problems with it. I also noticed that the "mill" doesn't fit very snug onto my Kitchen Aid, it works but its not tight. There is also not a very effective "removal" of already shredded vegies out of the shredder. I found I had to stick something in there so they would gravitate towards the opening.

Love this product, a little pricey but works great. Dishwasher safe

I bought this with the intent to re-grind beef. The machine gets clogged up and does not work well at all. In addition, anything similar to this should 100% be machine washable! It boldly states that most components are not dishwasher safe. I do not recommend this Chinese product.
