Disappointed!
I bought this because it has the "OK Google" function. Before, I had a similar one, Chinese, which looked exactly the same but this function and the microphone extension which was slightly curved. I was extremely satisfied with the performance of that other one, but I was missing the "OK Google function". Unfortunately, this headset does not reproduce sound as well as the other one, and the straight microphone extension looks funny and too much in your face. I am selling it locally to find another one with the "OK Google" function.

Poorly built..Bluetooth Headset.
Not even had this a week. Very very unhappy that this has happend. Firstly it got great reviews so I decided to buy it. Id been un happy from day one Would pull the hair from my beard all the time. Could never get it to fit ear Wright as I wear glasses. Always hurt the inside of my ear and worst of all it didnt even a week. Hugely disappointing with this headset.changing was shocking. Would say battery low after 3 or 4 hours. The build quality was not good in my opinion. Let's hope the new version is much better as I've just ordered that. I live in hope Tho. I'll be sending it back and getting a full refund. As someone who needs one of these blue tooth headsets For work, and due to the size of my phone plus driving a lot it absolutely vital it's built to last this wasn't hence my 1 star rating. Really disappointedArchie

Size and volume
It doesn't fit well in my ear and I don't think my ears are particularly large also it is very quiet at max volume!

Bluetooth headset
Because I'm a Hgv driver I need to answer calls for my work. This Bluetooth headset is very important for me to use. I've been using it today seems to be working very well. Easy to connect to the phone

Great little bluetooth earpiece in nice box
Works a treat and usually connects easily. Sometimes have to turn off and on again to wake up the connection at the start. Fits ear and I forget I am wearing it.

Not comfortable and not very loud
Didn’t get on with this headset. Not very comfortable for wearing hours on end and when you’re in a noisy car, the volume won’t go high enough to hear the other person.
