Very poor quality even for a cheap product.
Product was very late in arriving. Very poor quality. Even though I bought this for a theamed affare it does not warrent using it.

Felt junk joke
Actual spats are a leather-like material, perhaps even vinyl. These were felt waste, garbage felt, should not be allowed to advertise as spats.
