The Permania lash lift eye pads arrived in a hard plastic resealable case with no damage noticed. The pads arrived in a pretty blue color with cartoon type bear or frog face, I am not really sure, but they are cute non the less. The description states that they are self-adhesive. However, my experience with them is that you will still need to use some sort of glue to hold them in place while you are sticking your lashes to them for the perm solution and lotion or then tend to move around a tad. I like how easily they are able to remove and wash clean with a little warm soapy water for another use and they come in four different sizes to fit your own personal eye shape. Overall, I am happy with the purchase, and I think you will be too, just be prepared and have some glue on standby when you use them.
