I don’t care how much you love snakes or if you’re Steve Irwin’s cousin, if you have to trudge through deep thick grass or mystery flood waters, you’re gonna feel safer in that sketchiness wearing these. 1000d oxford is a real security blanket, but the poly behind it is gonna make you feel even more fang-resistant.And really, it’s not just snakes. (Snakes! Why did it have to be snakes?!!) If you work in the brambles gardening, fixing fence posts, etc., you will love the protection it provides against thorns and other prickly things. (Those little cactus spikes are no fun.)Really good quality material and put together well. I’m surprised how light they are too… you will forget you’re wearing these. Adjustable and straps down nice and secure.They start off stiff, but it’ll get better as you work them in.

These are a bit stiff and uncomfortable to walk in, but they make me feel safer at my job. I walk through a lot of sagebrush and big rocks where snakes could be hidden. They fit okay, I'm a bigger person and my thick thighs and calves max these out, but they're the first pair I've tried that aren't so tight that they cut off blood circulation in my legs, so I'm happy enough with them. They appear durable and high quality, I expect them to last for many seasons.

I ran into a rattlesnake on my farm a few weeks ago, so I picked these up to get me through the end of snake season. It is one size fits all and made of thick material. It is a nice camo patterns that fits well over your pants. Thankfully, I haven't run into another rattlesnake yet, so I haven't been able to test how well it keeps out venom, but the thickness of the product gives me some reassurance that it will work well. If I run into another venomous snake and these get tested against it, I will try to come back and update my review.

Easy to use, great quality. They are pretty stiff, but they become easier to wear as you move. They did slightly mold to my legs. NOT for larger thighs, unless you get different straps. Over all, they are excellent.
