They seem a little flat, they do give some relief but not enough for me. I will keep them as I have nothing else, but will search for a better pair with more support.

Fitted in the shoes nicely and were comfortable to wear but didn't stop the arch pain completely, it was still there.

Easy to cut to fit and comfortable to wear. No instructions and I wore them all day for the first day, which was a mistake as I had never worn an orthotic before and ended up with back ache. However reduced wear time to a couple of hours the next day and gradually increased the time over the week and back adapted. They are so comfortable now. Don't forget that you need some for your slippers as well as shoes.As I need a size seven they are described as for men which is a shame as feet are very individual not gender based!

Comfty when hill walking

I bought these insoles because the shoes i wear daily insoles had worn but shoes still ok when arrived put in to shoes and was surprised at what a difference they made ,did not have to cut just put in perfect fit. This is a great product and would recommend for comfort and pain relief.
