AsinoX TEK4A7171 Shower Duckboard Brown Wood 71 x 71 x 4 cm

This duckboard was ordered after a bathroom conversion to a wetroom. I can't emphasis enough how good the quality of this product is. Made of solid teak, each joint is drilled, countersunk and screwed. All edges are rounded off and sanded and all surfaces treated with teak oil which will give it protection from water penetration. A pamphlet describing future care and maintenance is included. Adds a really superb furnished finish to the shower. Absolutely delighted.

Great quality, and it was easy to modify to fit my shower.

First board arrived with one lat broken, one rubber foot inserted incorrectly and a couple of screws missing.After contacting amazon about this they promptly shipped a replacement and paid for the return.The problem now is ... Shower trays are not level!If they were the water wouldn't run out.So this board wobbles every time you step on it.My plan is to use stainless steel washers to stop it wobbling in the shower tray.

Se ve pesada y robusta, dando indicaciones indirectas de que se trata de una pieza hecha con madera de calidad. Se pone sencillamente encima del plato de la ducha y se ajusta bien. Viene con unas piezas por debajo que no permiten que la tabla se mueva.No resbala cuando estás en ella. Los huecos entre las maderas molestan un poquitín a los pies, pero son más los beneficios que tienes que los perjuicios.Viene con un pequeño panfleto con instrucciones que te indican que al menos una vez al año, la debes lijar un poco, limpiarla y aplicarle aceite para tecaEs mejor tener esto, que no una plataforma blanca en la ducha que se ensucia con mucha facilidad. Y le da un toque de calidad a la ducha
