Q: My peppers arrived damaged

Mine too. Did you get a refund? It says it’s not eligible but I did get my money back. I love those peppers and I was very disappointed. I’m trying again thru a different company that sends them vacuum packed.

About 12 or 14 peppers per 24 ounce jar.

The Ingredients are :Cherry Peppers (Peppers, Water, Vinegar, Salt, Calcium Chloride, 0.1% Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Metabisulfite, FD&C Yellow No. 5 Food Color), Prosciutto (Pork, Salt, Dextrose, Spices, May Contain Flavorings, Sodium Ascorbate, Sodium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrate, Garlic Powder), Provolone Cheese (Pasteurized Milk Cultures, Salt, Enzymes). Q: Do they need some preparation, or can be eaten as they are ?

No preparation - you can just eat them right out of the jar. I usually warm mine up a little in the microwave.
