After fighting for two days I finally got it connected. Then I discovered that this is product requires that you pay $22.99 per year subscription to print any document. So we were unable to print.It is a return for me!

All instructions are written in Chinese and I cannot get the drivers to load. I tried both the USB drive and the CD.

I really like this little thing. I have no use for receipts but I use it for D&D. There is a program called Sales & Dungeons that let's you print things game related on this and it picks this right up, just plug it into your computer.It prints fast and clean. The only issue I had was the driver. I had to get it off the thumb drive that came with it because I couldn't get it off the site. Otherwise it's a real good printer and so far I haven't had issues with what I'm using it for.

This is good for a retail store. The app is easy to use and the machine works well. I print price tagg labels for merchandise at my retail store. It can also write short descriptions. It is cordless and charges quickly. The battery life last a good while. The color choices are nice. It is fairly quiet and not too noisy, which is good to not disturb my customers and clients. It has many options to change font, size, etc.
